Let's begin your process by discussing short and long-term goals so you’re siting and designing your  buildings to gain the most flexibility.

My Guild of knowledgeable general contractors walk your property and buildings to find and evaluate the issues and assets. What do you have, what will cause issues? How do they relate to ADU policy, good ADU design and siting? By offering rough numbers you can compare building options. We see what questions arise and as part of the package, I research local and state regulations to inform your potential strategies.

This package gives you a sense of the scope of your ADU project in the context of your budget and goals. It informs you on the pro's and cons of any strategies, and allows you to decide to move forward informed about what works best.

 Project Preparation  

We've evaluated,  brainstormed ideas and gathered information. You've decided. Now it's time to act. 
Together we move you forward to select and activate your design/build team and entitle the project so you can build.


As you see  below just to get to construction, there's a great deal to decide about, and a lot to do.

I'll offer you one or two assignments at a time, and the resources to move through them. As you do, I'll listen and we'll resolve your questions.
